- If you are not satisfied with the quality of your Hanzo knife for any reason, send us a message, and we will provide a solution or replace the product.

- Hanzo knives and their VG10 steel are guaranteed to be sharp out of the box.
- With proper care, our knives will remain sharp for an extended time. When the sharpness of your knife does not meet your standards please contact us for information on sharpening your knives or help finding a sharpening service.
Replacements for Customer Damaged Products
- Your Hanzo Katana knife is covered by a special customer protection plan. Should you damage your knife from accidental misuse, we will conditionally offer a replacement for half the retail price plus sales tax (if required).
To create a claim, please use our contact page and include details about how your product was damaged. Please note that we may request photographic evidence and Hanzo reserves the right to deny your request for any reason.
The replacement of customer damaged products covers only consumer use.

- We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll look after you. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. The packaging and knife must be undamaged.
